Whats it like being in your mid 20's?

For those that have exited their 20's already, I need advice about how to cope with a Quarter life crisis as my 24th Birthday approaches :(

@msdistant I love being a dad im in my 50s now life hasn't slowed down and I don't feel like I'm in my 50s
