A cool wet day

@ozgirl512 it’s been getting up to around 33 of so here but is 21 now. Lovely soft day. Your spring isn’t far off and I’ll be freezing.

@ozgirl512 it’s good exercise but wear some gloves. I don’t like blisters.

@ozgirl512 I cut grass yesterday. We got an electric mower cause of the noise - I hate wearing ear protection. Anyway, this mower is so heavy. I need to grow some muscles.

@Jill1990 not too many lol...I live inner city with a bloody great deciduous tree out back and a tiny yard... It's an interesting combination

@ozgirl512 we have a yard full of oak and poplar trees, both of which are deciduous. Acorns have already started hitting the roof so a change is coming. My husband uses one of those back pack blowers to move the leaves to the edge. About 2-3 hours once a week in the peak season and better not get behind.

@Jill1990 I can understand in that situation... My area is small

@ozgirl512 There are some big advantages of having a small area to take care of. It’s hard for us to go away in the fall cause so much has to be done. Spring too really. Sometimes I wish we had a condo, but I love the privacy and quiet here.
