I'm not. I have restrictions on my account that limit how many posts I can make in an hour or something.

I haven't reported you because that would result in an automatic block, and I want to be able to keep track of you. But it won't be long until you're banned. I've seen this before. For all I know, you're just a new account for MrHonkHonk or one of the other Hitler fluffers.
