The only mistake people make in life is when they thought they knew something…

…so tell me. Whey do people still rely on what they know? That’s the very definition of a mistake.

You might try to tell me it’s possible to know something and not be mistaken, but isn’t that what everyone who was mistaken believed?

Maybe that’s why in terms of law we say “innocent until proven guilty”, or perhaps in this instance I would say, “stupid until proven smart”.

If the script can even possibly flip, you’ll want to make sure it’s right side up.

Good stuff!
Some great relatable quotes from - Don't believe everything you think.

"The thoughts in our minds are not facts."

"Thoughts are perceptions, not universal truths"

"Most of the time, your thoughts are just a story you tell yourself to make sense of the world. It’s all based on your interpretation of the world around you. Not some universal truth about reality."

@SW-User YES! This is exactly what I meant in this writing. We are so very limited not just in our individual understanding, but in human comprehension in general. For this reason I always know that I’m wrong in comparison to the bigger picture and I never ever rely solely on my side of a matter.

I'd say you're wise, self aware and also for true open minded. Few really are.

@SW-User It’s not too often I meet someone who just understands what I’m saying as well as you did. Nothing has made me happier in life than opening my mind. So whenever I meet someone who can see where I’m at, that can only be a good thing. Worthy of BC for sure! ♥️
