We’re all Guilty of Something

Stronger Than The Guilt

Inside our minds we wander
Through our comings and our goings
With all thoughts sometimes askew
But always overflowing

Confusion just a cousin
To our hearts and souls
Confidence the lie we share
To all our thoughts we can’t undo

It’s all a little maddening
When you can’t put your finger on it
But in the end it’s just another friend
Who simply doesn’t want it

And so we keep on traveling
Through the maze of thoughts we’ve built
And deep inside our answer lies
If we’re stronger than our guilt
