Another issue with chronic fatigue is conversation topics.

I could ask what you've been up to, give my opinion on what's in the news or share what funny things I see on social media, but I don't really experience anything myself. It makes perfect sense that people get bored with me quickly, but that doesn't make it any easier to accept people only talking with me for one evening and then disappearing.

perhaps other people can no longer give you useful food for your rational mind.

try to develop towards the emotional vector. this vector is usually directed inward.

go out there on a hunt and catch one of the creatures that live there. bring it out into the light and show it to other people. if you feel like it...

others probably won't care, but it could be a fun emotional experience for you.

if you can't catch anyone inside you, make something up. if you're not devoid of creativity, that works, too.
@fakable thanks! I'm pretty well in touch with my personality, but I'm not sure how to turn that into a conversation topic though.
@NerdyPotato

by publishing any content that touches you emotionally and expressing your emotional relationship to that content.

some people have to devote the first half of their lives to building a set of rational defenses around themselves. the second half of their lives they have to destroy those defenses in order to free themselves from their own captivity.
@fakable my love language is sharing memes I can relate to. I guess that's a start?
@NerdyPotato

you can make them yourself...
