Suffocating or deadening your fears or feelings isnt moving forward.
But then, neither is drowning and wallowing in them. 🤷♀
If you keep facing up to your fear eventally it just..... exhausts itself.
Either you grow kinda numb to it... Or you may possibly turn it into anger.
Either is a progression forward from it.
Don't get me wrong....the fear never goes away completely - but your processing of it changes:
Each time: you recover faster and stronger.
