I want more self confidence

i’ve been so comfortable staying in the shadows and making myself smaller as a result that i want to be able to feel confident in my own skin now especially since life is so short and deserves to be lived to its full potential. i’m just scared i’ve been hiding for so long idk how to stop

It's something to develop with time. Speaking to strangers is what helped me. They don't know you. They're never gonna see you again. With masks it's become even easier. Try joining a book club or some other community activity. It's a small step.

If only it could be bottled . It’s so hard to get if we have got very little to begin with.Lots of people have more than enough 🤷‍♂️
