I keep on learning this but on the process it makes realise that we have to strengthen what is right or wrong beyond belief though the hard part was to balance which empathy takes place..

Thinking that they take you the wrong way and it isn't your problem lacks empathy but sure makes life easier. That doesn't help with interpersonal relationships at all. You are supposed to not want to hurt people's feelings but don't let yourself be a doormat either.
