I Want More Self-confidence

if there is one thing that I have heard from people on hear in the past 6 monthes it’s that I need more self confidence an that I need to love my self more an be less cynical I don’t really agree with any of these but I know it would deftly help me if I had more freind my only freind an the only person that I really have talk to on a regular basis is my mom an it’s been this way for about 10 years
