I Want More Self-confidence

I've never been that confident and its been a little bit frustrating. I want to be confident enough to do things I normally wouldn't do. Like I wanted to ask out this one woman from my college that was in the same bio class as I was but I never did it. Since then I've regretted it ever since. I just hope I'm confident enough to ask someone out sometime in the near future.
