I Have Low Self Esteem

Anyone else is afraid of failure and feel as fear prevent her/him of doing things and face to life? How to built security, self-confidence?
I already take pills for anxiety and it helps a little but this issue is a constant fight.

Thank you guys (and gals :-) ) Really appreciate your insight and your words.
Wanted to say this in general to all of you, bc there’s a very nice feeling when someone wants to offer another one who carry a suffering, a message so this person will find some kind of comfort.
