Sorry for your situation. My advice would be for you to try seeking some form of counseling. Also, take it easy try not to be so hard on yourself; appreciate yourself for who you are. Take it one day at a time. Instead of focusing on your anxiety try thinking of the things you like to do for fun, or hobbies that you enjoy, and go do them. Thank god for the good things in life that you have going for you. Most of all don't worry about how others think about you. Do the best you can with your life as long as you are happy with yourself wether you fail on something there's always another road to take, for something that you can be comfortable with, and not what others want you to do.
Try to take a few moments to really look inside yourself, and decide what triggers your anxiety, or what is it that you really want in life. The most truest part of this is try to learn how to really be comfortable in your own skin that's what it's all about.. Being confident in yourself.
