I Have Low Self Esteem

Anyone else is afraid of failure and feel as fear prevent her/him of doing things and face to life? How to built security, self-confidence?
I already take pills for anxiety and it helps a little but this issue is a constant fight.

I'm afraid of failure yes. With the esteem/confidence issue, remember that no one knows you have the issue but you. Project confident until you actually are confident. Challenge yourself to do what makes you uncomfortable. I need to take my own advice😅

@iamnikki :-) From here, I’m trying to give you the best vibes I can.
Yes, I know noone can know how I’m feeling but on the other side I don’t find easy to pretend. My face is always the mirror of my psyche. I can’t control my fear. So I guess I look like if I have a cucumber on my asshole when indeed I have another part who is not only polite but sweet and affectionable.
