Well, you seem to know what to do. get out there and interact with people, any people.
Make simple eye contact with people in the street, look for simple ways to interact, just say Hi.
Don't let their responses affect you, just be grateful for any response and continue on.
If you get some nice ones, wonderful - your gifts from the Universe.
