I Want to Apologize

I want to apologize to myself. I feel I have neglected myself for years now. Always putting outside people and situations before myself. I want to say sorry to myself for allowing hurt and pain to take over my life. Also putting myself in bad situations, then stressing about it. I'm tired of it. I really need to start taking care of myself.
