I realize some things need some planning, but If I had to pre-plan out every single new bike trail and trip, the fun spontaneity would be gone.

@Magenta I would have never horizontally cliff climbed every cliff between Carlsbad and La Jolla shores as a young teen, if I had actually thought about it! 😆

It's like putting on padded body armor before you go riding. 😄 Not going to happen. A helmet? Yes, but I refuse to take the natural enjoyment out of it. That exploring and daring spirit still lives.

I take the time to make a good plan, then I implement it. Running a working farm is all about that. Crop Futures, The Farmer's Almanac, current events, weather, instinct, and contingencies.
