If there’s a situation where you’re around someone who you find intimidating

How do you still maintain your self confidence around them and that you’re unafraid of them, especially if you struggle with anxiety and self confidence problems to begin with?

Always wanted to know the answer to this.

I just remind myself that they’re human and have feelings the same as I do. And then I also think why am I so intimidated by them? What do they have over me and why am I giving them all this power over me? And maybe on the flipside maybe they’re just a nice person and I’ve got them all wrong
