Blank space
so now there’s a vacant room in my house I’ve decided to turn it into a gym.
The thought first came to me a couple of days ago as I was cleaning it and tbh I felt bad for even thinking it as it wasn’t a easy departure and letting go of the person who has now moved out hit me hard but I need to move forward just as they have and perhaps this will be a way of doing so , I want to sweat … cry and rid myself of toxins my body feels full of from all the pain that has taken its toll on me … heavily
Freeing myself from bad memories and allowing happiness back into my bruised brain … broken heart … lost soul
It feels like I need to this … not want ,

So I’ve just got my kitten a cat wheel so she can sprint off some energy and the idea is to yes you’ve guessed it .. join her .. lol why not
I’m starting to feel up for it and it’s the way I want to go
