living in the past. They love being angry too.

Not me. I refuse to allow yesterday to steal Joy from today. Not gonna happen. What a waste of life, to wallow in the unchangeable past.

Unfortunately, there are some aspects of the past that continue to be a problem affecting today, and they have to be resolved somehow before many can move forward.
And it’s not that anyone really enjoys being angry, but for some it’s what they know best. A default setting, as it were.
