Are you in the right job for you, or would you prefer a change?

It's a perfect job really. It's meaningful, i can innovate, I can create transformative trainings and I have three projects I've initiated that will make a really significant difference in the lives of vulnerable children. I don't want a 'promotion' because it would take me into organisational politics and the world of MBAs moving conceptual and organisational pieces around on the table instead of touching lives. Nah, love my job.

I am retired, so absolutely positively the right job! 😊

I am for now. Its not a life long career for me and have other things in the works to branch out on my own doing what I really enjoy

Nah I like my job actually.. only if the pay was a bit better would be perfect. But kinda happy nevertheless

At this point, I show up. Retirement is about a year away. The numbers add up so I'll be gone.
