I Cant Change the Past But I Can Change My Future
This is exactly how I feel. I don't want to repeat my past in my future. I want to learn from my past and move forward towards my future on a clean slate. Easier said than done.

The key is to reprogram your thinking, to set new goals and strive to achieve them, and to work on your self-confidence. Try to laugh at the mistakes you have made, rather than crying over them. Be more kind to yourself.
