If you never take a risk and play things safe, you most likely have limited yourself for the outcomes. No risk could mean no chance for something. Not sure how others will see it.
@SW-User What if it were for doing the right thing? Like if your'e an obese person who is trying to get fit? Sometimes exercisers end up injuring themselves.

@WhisperinAngelic101 I'd think you do what you can and be wise about not overdoing. Eventually, most people can do more and more... patience and all, don't rush and harm yourself. Taking a risk on exercising isn't really losing a chance since slow and steady can work just fine. Taking risks and losing chances reminds me of open doors being ignored and they are then closed and locked...you didn't even take the time to see what's there.
