I Will Be Myself And Not What Others Want Me To Be

I’ve recently been diagnosed with both of these things and as horrible as it is to have an anxiety disorder, as much as i wouldn’t wish these feelings upon anybody, i’m not afraid to admit that i suffer from mental illness. It’s ok not to be ok and it doesn’t make us any less strong.

Hope a consequence of your diagnosis is professional support, by way of medication or therapy if they thought it necessary. I used to get panic attacks but learned about them and how to stop them so it's definitely possible. (Not had any for years now!) Generalised anxiety is harder but there are still good techniques that hopefully could help you manage. All the best with that.
