Day 1 Time - 2 pm

This is the state of my Room.
Oyee Be Kind.
AFFIRMATION -
I AM GETTING BETTER AND GROWING Everyday.

Now Focus Point.
1) I haven't Eaten. My Dopamine is low ( ADHD)
And it is hampering with my ability to cook

2) If I get Dopamine I can cook
And If I eat . I get energy to Clean.

3) Sources of Dopamine -

° A little bit movement and breath.
° Food
° Sunshine
° Support
° Kind Inner Dialogue
° Something Good to Watch


I am choosing.
Movement.
Breath
And a bit of Netflix.
Top | New | Old
Its a gradual process.

Self care is harder than many realise.

Not to mention, sometimes life spirals out of control, and you have to choose which bits to keep in control....and still be...well... you.

They say tidy house, tidy mind - but they never mention ones heart in this equation.

So....if youre looking after your heart, amd you're looking after your soul, and you're looking after your body.....these are pretty good achievements.💪
