I Accept Responsibility For My Own Actions

I have begun. I know waste is bad, so I'm beginning to make less. I know shooting every bull on birth is bad, so I don't drink milk or eat cheese. I know duplication is bad so I strive to reduce it at work. But I'm slow. It's like my body has been forgotten about for all 3 of my decades so far and it's rebelling against me. How do I find the power to suddenly take care of it? Properly? I've eaten well and all, just failed to keep it strong - or, indeed, to ever make it strong even once...

Try and incorporate exercise into your daily life rather than go to the gym or pool. Walk instead of the car or bus, if you use the bus get on a further stop away, walk the rest. Food tins are excellent home weights, you can do simple arm and shoulder exercises holding food tins while browsing the internet, tv or what ever. If you have a car dash it yourself, instead of using the auto car wash. Park at the furthest point from the store. Do leg and calf exercises at a desk. Stairs are excellent use them avoid the lift or get on a floor up or off a floor down from where you want to be. Look at what you do day to day and think how can I make this harder? As in make it an exercise. Just try it, it's incredibly cheap and uses very little extra time than you'd normal use, just doing your normal stuff. Gl

@SW-User thank you! That's funny because usually I make mental work harder by accident, but not physical. Hope I can switch the 2 thanks to your inspiration.

@DreamCoCreators tbh i live this mantra, and found its perfect for me. I'm 6-3 235 pounds and do get asked if I go to the gym, which I don't. Lol taken years but making it a part of your life means it's not an effort and becomes natural. Another massive benefit is, its completely portable! Hope you get there. 😊
