Confrontation, do you thrive on it or avoid it?

I am in the later category. I hate confrontation and have a long history of trying to avoid it.

I have a lot of respect for people who, obviously, don't create it but know how to handle it. Those can turn a hammer into anvil, I salute them.

Acceptance.

Don't seek it, don't cause it, don't avoid it.

Accept it.

You're not going to avoid confrontation. That's apart of life.

Accept that it will happen though. Be prepared for it.

Life happens! Deal with it.

Acceptance is like having a flat tire.

You do nothing, you get towed away and costs you more than you can afford.

Call someone and you eventually pay for it.

Fix it yourself and you don't even have to wait and pay nothing. You have accepted the situation and were prepared for the flat tire.
