I only hope self-love allows shame. For some reason, this was allowed and a redeeming factor at one time.... 'When in Disgrace' Shakespeare... A human value before the time of positivity.

@SW-User I can see how it is useful
@SW-User I think self love is all encompassing when it comes to the innate traits of our humanness. As it is then that we also accept ourselves for what we are and aren't; or that shall be my take on it. Positivity is a slippery slope, but you know my feelings on it, especially when it becomes toxic.

@MoonlightLullaby Exactly. Self love has to encompass the whole of the personality or it can very much be a slippery slope of delusional thinking.
