Self Improvement requires work

My favorite self improvement author is Christian Larson. He proves that ANYONE can achieve anything they desire.
But you have to first, put your mind to it. You can ultimately achieve that which you put your positive
thoughts and creative energies into. You don't have to WORK hard, but you need to THINK hard.

Remember, if you constantly have negative thoughts, your life will have negative results.
Dark thoughts? Dark Life!

Wise words. But really I am doing terrible and no amount of words helps me. It's like I am stuck in a constant change of negativity.

@littlepuppywantanewlife That is because of your constant negative thought. It keeps you in a constant cycle of negativity. You have to FIRST change what you think about all day long.
Change can happen quick if you use your mind, and think love and positivity, even in the face
of bad things. Take it from someone like me that was in prison, and almost homeless after I
got out, that I read my first book about creative visualization, and things started to turn around quick.
@DogMan thanks for motivation. I sometimes go off the track and working in constant negative atmosphere makes me feel bad about my self.

@littlepuppywantanewlife I understand totally. We can be our own worst enemy.

Bad thoughts, Negative thoughts, are the enemy. Don't let the enemy win. You are
the captain of your mind and body, only YOU can make changes. Force out negative
thoughts and replace them with positive, even if you don't feel positive.

There are more than enough things in life to be grateful for, think about all the
little things, hitting green lights on the way to work, smiling at someone and
they smile back. I could go on and on, you have to think about it. Here is something
to tell yourself everyday. "Today is going to be a great day, I am feeling better in
every way, and every day I will get better and better" Please try it for a while.
And ALWAYS kick negative thoughts to the curb and replace them.

Don't let the enemy have any control over you.

@littlepuppywantanewlife How are you doing today? I was offline over the weekend.
But I was thinking about you. I thought about going into the office. How crazy is that?
@DogMan Thank you for writing me. Today I am doing much better. Since I didn't had leave from work. Did finish few personal works today and had a good nap. Sometimes it's good to take break from social media I guess. How are you doing sir?

@littlepuppywantanewlife Doing great, still working on my mural at Barn Buddies Rescue.
I now have a couple friends helping me. It's over 75ft long. They are also in the process of
getting a Great Pyrenees puppy. They have found a rescue in southern Arizona.
They normally have two on their 10 acre property, they look after all the animals.
They just lost one that was 13 years old, very old for a GP, the other is 11 or so.
He will train the puppy to take over guard duties. They are great dogs, and they have
an extraordinary life there. So anyway, I volunteered to pick him up in Arizona.
I will find a picture of their current GP named Tucker.
@DogMan That's a wonderful thing to do. Also I am glad you get support with those cute dogs. 🙂
