motivation is back

for a month i fell out of my usual routine of working out and keeping myself occupied with outdoorsy things and even trying new hobbies but, i fell into my depression once again. i really thought i was going to stay down there longer but, i have been picking up the pieces and starting to take small steps to better myself.

i also deeply appreciate the comments and messages i have been getting here, all have been positive and uplifting. very lovely community here :)

these past couple days, been using my phone less and walking my dogs out. just trying to find the small things that are good in my life.
it may be a temporary motivation but, i hope to keep building up more.
