Islam, Christianity, and basically any religion that isn't the one I was raised in. I don't really practice much now but I don't wish to follow a new religion or replace the beliefs I was brought up with.
Now, I don't want to needlessly criticize Islam...we have to acknowledge that there's some issues with it though. Even from a purely objective standpoint, it is the least appealing out of all the Abrahamic religions. I know there are some good aspects to Islam and that some people do indeed find it to be a peaceful religion, but Judaism and Christianity offer all of the good beliefs and fundamentals that Islam does. In fact, Judaism and Christianity have more good aspects and less bad ones when you consider some very fundamental flaws in Islam. We all know that all religions have flaws and apparent inconsistencies...Islam just has lots of them. I could criticize Christianity *a lot* as well as there is so much selectivity in this religion (they pick and choose what they want from the Bible), and sects that are very intellectually and morally incompatible with one another. I think Christianity does have more compelling reasons for conversion than Islam, but they take a lot of liberties when it comes to choosing what they do and don't find appealing in the Bible and how they represent that.
I'm actually with a Catholic, and he is practicing. It means that when it comes to culture and religion there are some significant differences between us and I really lack a desire to engage in his religion. While I accept that he is a Catholic (he even goes to mass every Sunday, and has crosses and other Catholic paraphernalia in the house), I have no interest in converting myself.
I know there are other religions as well, but I wanted to focus on these three because they are the only ones I know enough about and I have absolutely no exposure to Hinduism, Sikhism, Buddhism, Paganism, or any other type of religion. If I can't even convert to Christianity, there's no chance of me converting to any of those.

@SW-User i am happy 😊🤗🤗
Frankly all religion is ultimately bad just like guns are ultimately bad. Sure most people may use either one responsibly but you only need one insane "prophet" to go on a mass shooting spree. Religion gives them the tools to push themselves over the edge. And the insane will always gather some type of following. See Jonestown for example.
And a loooooot of mental illness hides behind "the sacred". Oh you cant touch that it's sacred. Oh you cant call that a mental illness it's sacred. No a mental illness is anything that stems from the brain and causes a loss in the quality of life to the individual and the the world around them.
If you are a terrorist, that's a mental illness. If you preach hate and violence, that is a mental illness. If religion turns you into just as bad or even worse person that is a mental illness. But extremism is not even recognized as a sickness. It gets to hide behind a special status called religion or faith or what have you.

I am an athiest... Easy answer would be all.
However, christianity is my first one.. I feel, though many do some very good things here in this country, More harm then good comes from it in the way it influences how our country is run..
I know some say it was a "christian Nation.. Well, now it is many things, and it dictates to much public policy

@gradgirl21 What religious issues and beliefs though? Are you alluding to the past or now? Just asking for examples.

@SW-User Comes down to a simple problem.. Part of the family is a different religion.. And some in my family deem them (not acceptable) to be with/Married to that person.. Period.. End of story.. I don't think that should define who you spend your life with...

@gradgirl21 Fair enough.

All religions, bcz i dont believe in any religion, i just believe in "Dharma"
darshak89 · 31-35, M
@AngelKrish 💯
AngelKrish · 26-30, M
@darshak89 But most of religion believe in forceful conversion too and they did lakhs of conversions of other religion people or killed them if they disagree!
They create fear in minds of their followers that if you stop praying to their god then God will punish them in hell !
And people of other religion and beliefs are like dirt and they all will end up in hell!
They are all against woman empowerment!
They believe in slavery!
Woman is just like a toy for them ,such toy with whom they can play anytime and throw it after use !
This all sounds like Shit to me!

I’d avoid any of those three Abrahamic religions like the plague.
HeidiA · 41-45, F
@AngelKrish all three of these religions aren’t exactly tolerant of people with different views. Collectively they have caused so much violence.
AngelKrish · 26-30, M
@HeidiA That's perfect reason!
Thanks for sharing your views and opinions openly on religious post!
I appreciate your bravery and strong points that you shared on international social platform!

@HeidiA lol
The Abrahamic religion. They just stole from the older religions and all of them have rather oppressive doctrine.
