If you need help getting rid of being in a state of disassociation I know some tips that really work. If you want to stay in that state that's alright too. It's where I currently am and plan on staying until people or person around me can start being serious

@morrgin It can be, more or less, "peaceful" in the sense you're not experiencing stress factors in the RAW but all phased out. I just can't afford to be dissociated because I drive a lot as part of my work. It doesn't help when I have to be aware of my surroundings and quick thinking or reflexes to avoid wrecking. It's been two days so far that everything has been hazy.

@RedGrizzly usually all you gotta do to jump back in is explore everything around you using your senses.. Touch things around you like a table, couch, bag, cat, dog, etc. Then really focus on it. Notice the color, define the texture, notice it's temperature. You get the idea. Keep exploring using your senses and you should be grounded in no time. (Therapist taught this to me and it works.)

@morrgin So far it's help a lot. Today, I wasn't in a funk and finally clear headed to work. 😁 Thank you!!
