Honestly, I would tell your mom AND another teacher at the school. Maybe the youth counsellor or the principal or just a regular teacher. That just might turn into sexual harassment, and that's not something that should happen to anyone.

Yes, tell your mum. It's better to be safe than sorry. Ask your mum if she can have a chat with him and ask him to be "good" around you. ALSO, let her know that you only suspect there might be something inappropriate here and you don't want to get him in trouble for what might be a misunderstanding. I hear stories like this and I always wonder why the young girls involved didn't say a word, don't let that be you.
