Don't invite him. The party isn't about you. If he can't understand why it's best he not be invited you have other issues to worry about.

I didn't say he wouldn't. But as everyone deserves respect I need to say it nicely. "You can't come cause my cousin hates you." Is very rude
Just tell him the party has been combined with your cousin's and it's best that he skip this one. Considering they've gotten into a bunch of arguments, I can't imagine why he'd want to go anyways after finding out.
