SatyrService, I live in Houston Texas, and if you know Texas its backwards in many of its ways. I will have to type up the complaint, print it, then mail it (snail mail) in order to MAYBE get help. In the meantime I have a pack of German Shepards to deal with. And the sad thing is, its not the dogs fault, German Shepards are VERY smart, and beautiful, and make really great pets. I hate this!!! Its sad for them and scary for me, and dangerous for my dogs.

Riemann, I told him, this morning I was screaming at the top of my lungs to get his dogs off of mine. I kept screaming "I need to be safe". He doesn't speak English and I don't speak Spanish but I am sure he understood that I was terrified.

silver,, where do you live? there are usually places,, copy shops etc that can print that for you And many of them are also notaries

Looks like I have to have a printer, and a way to notarize a form before I can file a complaint with the animal control here. I call BS!!

is there anything like an Animal Control situation where you live? you should be able to alert the right folks, most places forbid wild ass dogs running free

What is animal control like where you live ? Maybe they could get involved, send him a warning or citation, even confiscate the animals if he's letting them run wild.
