What's the best way to clean your room?

Especially when a lot of stuff doesn't even belongs to your mom and due to those things...you don't have enough space in your room. She won't even listen to me!!! I always try telling her not to put those stuff in my room... I mean seriously.... what am I gonna do with a broken clothes rack? She won't even allow me to throw it away. Then she accuses me of being rebellious. Seriously, where is the justice in that? Why did she even give me my own room in the first place? To make it into her makeshift stock room> If so, you shouldn't have given me my own room.....

Throw all that stuff out when she's not home

And then she'd reprimand me? No thanks. I'd rather suffer cleaning my room than her long and repeated speeches plus no phone, no laptop and a slap..... Not worth it TT_TT

If she hasn't used it in 6 months she would never miss it

She hasn't used it in more than two (2) years but I don't know how I can even sneak it out into the garbage bin. She has the eyes of a hawk... TT_TT

Wait till she goes shopping and get rid of the stuff slowly

When she ask you where it is say to her I haven't seen that in months
LavenderHart009 · 26-30, F
Nah...That probably won't happen... She just usually buys food and juice in the market... and clothes....sometimes (which is like once or twice a month and sometimes once every two months) -sigh- She just refuses to throw out the old stuff saying that we could still use it and stuff...

Well don't give up !

Probably won't work since when I clean my room, I really really sort my stuff out.
- Like sorting the papers by subject (ex. math, english, science) and put it on separate plastic envelopes then put them on paper trays.
- The pens, crayons, pencils, sharpeners are on different containers with labels on them.
- And many more so she'd probably notice that it's gone TT_TT

When you buy something fill the box with her broken stuff then throw it away , call it recycling
LavenderHart009 · 26-30, F
Hahaha.... I only buy necessary things (most of the time)...
If only that would work.... I'd probably get the scolding of my life with a slap and no-laptop, no-phone implemented policy for at least a week...

I'm outa ideas looks like you got to stay in that messy room till you move out
LavenderHart009 · 26-30, F
I don't really sleep there so I don't really see the point of having my own room. Besides, it's too hot to stay in there...

Good luck
LavenderHart009 · 26-30, F
I'd really need that one TT_TT I think the real problem isn't actually my room but the fact my mom doesn't want to throw those broken stuff away or give them away...

I use to store all sorts of stuff for maintenance purpose now that I'm older I got rid of 98% of all that stuff made an apartment out of my garage and now I get an income from it
