Ah xD See, I like old rock bands, but I prefer EDM. Old EDM. Klaus Schulze is my favorite. Tangerine Dream, mofkin Kraftwerk. Redshift. Brian Eno. Paul Ellis. Steve Roach. The list goes on. xD

Janis Joplin was a singer who died of an accidental overdose of heroin in 1970. This book was written by a woman who claimed to have been her lover for the last three years of her life: http://www.amazon.com/Going-Down-Janis-Peggy-Caserta/dp/0440131944. No idea how much of it, if any, is true. These pictures are pretty much what she looked like: https://www.google.com/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&rlz=1C1VFKB_enUS657US657&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=janis+joplin

Dr. Martin Luther King. Civil rights leader in the USA during the '60's. And Dr. Magnus Pyke. British Physicist during the 50's and 60's.
Three great minds!

Bowie, Tesla and Barbara Jordan. Bowie and Tesla would be busy talking about "The Prestige". I could listen to Barbara about anything, especially about the new Supreme Court nominee. She trashed Bork's nomination right after Scalia.

Malcolm X, 2Pac, and Jonathan Edwards. I think they would have a deep conversation. I would do way more listening than talking.
