I will ban anything that goes against our current understanding of science. Faulty logic will be illegal, and repeated counts of such can lead to arrest.

That could actually be an effective method of birth control. Straight relationships could theoretically be banned except for a "breeding season" to produce babies. It'd be a way to limit births in a dystopian society lol.
