Why can't I stop thinking about space? Space is just so AWESOME.
I love space SO MUCH and space probes. That includes orbiters. :D Mmm the ISS SO COOL!

I ha a convo the other day at a coffee shop with a lady who was saying she can't believe how much money we are wasting sending a spaceship (her words) and its nearly to the Milky Ways black hole.
I told her that is impossible.
The black hole is about 25,000 light years from earth
The Voyager 1 has only recently left our solar system, and is the farthest man made object from earth, and has been heading there since 1977, AND travels at 17 km per second, which is massive speed but nothing like the speed of light at 300 km per second which is about 186,000 miles per second.
And it would take light from the sun or from any source 25,000 YEARS to reach the black hole.

And also yeah, the people who are against the space program are usually the idiots who know little to nothing about it at all xD Well when they screw up the planet, we're going to laugh and leave them to burn as we leave this world :D
