Which symbol looks better? The capital sigma summation Σ, or the integrand ∫?

I love Σ more, but I love the concept held by ∫ more, since it includes summation in it as well (well, at least, definite integrals do) :D

Summation. Essentially, the number below the sigma represents the lower bound, and the number above is the upper bound. So we have a function f(x), and our low bound is x=a (for variable x, we start with a) and our upper bound is b (up to b). So now we just add terms f(a), f(a+1), f(a+2)... f(b). We're adding all the terms of f(x) for values of x that range from a to b inclusive. :P For instance, Σ(x=1, 10), x, would be 1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9+10 :3

one question for u,since i cant write the digits…so writing in words…(7 to the powr of 84) divided by 342 gives what remainder…ur options are 1,0,49,341…choose from these 4…lemme c how big math geek u are…:-)

Uh... that's not that big of a math question...
That's a 4th grade level question... I refuse to solve such trivialities, especially since you used "remainder" and not "modulus."
