Which do you like more--Astronomy or Cosmology?

Astronomy is the study of the physical universe, and what it contains. It is more akin to physics.Cosmology is the study of the universe's existence; how it got here (if it didn't always exist), how it might end (if it does), how it might be part of a whole, and the like. It is more akin to philosophy.

I'd have to go with astronomy because I love looking at astronomical objects in the night sky.

Yup ^_^ I love the Orion Nebula :3 when I was really tiny, before I knew the real name, I'd call it the "spider-bite" nebula, because of its appearance (I didn't know it was called the Tarantula Nebula xD)

It is a wonderful sight, especially when you know what is going on there. I love the Pleiades too.

Mhm, my mom would call them the "Seven Sisters." I mean, I know it's related in terms of mythology and all, but even at age 7, I'd correct her to say its proper name xD
