When 60 degrees becomes too hot for you, but you can't take off any more layers...

Only nice if I'm in the sun. Even if it's 100 degrees outside. If I'm in the shade, I will feel cold. But I wish I was wearing short sleeves right now. Laying here under the sun. Getting eaten by ants.

Huuu, 60°... Where I live it's pretty much a synonim of death, or close... We after all rarely go beyond 30, and 40 is the limit...
Oh, wait, you're speaking in Farenheit. Please make it clear, nothing is understandable when not properly defined. (After all, how would you react if I told you it's -5° where I live, hu ?)

I thought it would be implied because the hottest temperatures on earth don't really go past 50C even in the Sahara and stuff.

If I said "It's 90 degrees outside" you'd immediately understand I was speaking in F.

90 yeah. 60 could be discuted, but oh well.
Sorry, that's my physicists side which showed up. It pisses me off when people say "I'm living 5 away of London" like, me too, and that means nothing.
I shall apologize for having strayed away from your question.
