No, it's a math nerd trying to look for that specific type of number. "Counting numbers" essentially... the technical term being "natural numbers."

No, whole numbers certainly do not include negative numbers. Your description of a whole number is simply that of an integer. I think whole numbers do include the zero, while natural numbers don't. I remember them being referred to as "counting numbers" because most people don't include zero while counting.

better do your math hw then ;) actually all those definitions are entwined but whole numbers may refer to all the integers, check it.
