What is the strangest class you've ever taken while in college?

Or the most arbitrary-sounding class (regardless of whether it relates to your major or not). For instance, some guy yesterday next to me was doing work for a class called "Forest Hydrology." His major is Forestry, and it is an important field, but it seems oddly specific and is one of those "they have a class on something that specific?" things. My "Creativity in Context" class is extremely arbitrary if you don't know the program it's for. I got shoved into it, but I suppose I really love the class is extremely fun.

That does seem a bit specific, I guess it depends what they want to do with Forestry. My grandfather didn't major in any of that, he learned all his Forestry on the job doing field work as a park ranger and learning through that, so again, just depends on how relevant it is to what he wants to do with the degree! I don't think I really took any all that strange classes, but I guess the most specific one was Epistolary Literature in the 18th century. It was pretty fun, learned a lot of stuff I never would have anywhere else, such as reading Admiral Nelson's letters and log entries leading up to his death at Trafalgar.

That's why I was saying--it's probably very important to his major (and as arbitrary as Forestry is, it's still extremely important, so good on him--I would think Forestry wouldn't be a major so much as it would be a focus in Ecology, just as Topology would be a focus in Math).
