What if you have paramnesia about the word paramnesia?

Many people suffer from the other definition, the inability to separate reality from fantasy. The other definition is the inability to remember the definition of a word. This one happens to me in a way. I learned a crapton of words from 7th grade to 10th grade. So now I will use a word without thinking about it, and then wonder if I used it right. Then I use Google to make sure I am using the right word. But there are times I'll remember a word I learned but forget its definition. Like the word "torpor" at one point. I'd forgotten what it meant for a while.
