Not all Bernie supporters are commies, but I do wonder if most commies are Bernie supporters.

I mean, there does exist a small communist party in America. Then there are a shitload of commies registered as the socialist/democrat/green party, but still consider themselves as commies. Overall, I'm referring to the people who consider themselves commies. My guess is that a large portion of them would be Bernie supporters, as many modern commies are in practice dem socialists. Bernie is actually more of a social democrat, but that's besides my point. What percentage of modern American commies you think feel the Bern, as compared to the whole and other individual left-winged parties? Also why am I fixated on communism now? ADHD makes me get weird obsessions.

I'm a socialist, and I really hate Bernie Sanders. He wants to raise the minimum wage, which wouldn't work in the capitalist system and instate universal health care, which is way too expensive for our already negative federal budget. Also, he can't make Capitalist America become a socialist nation.

This is a good, important obsession, bud. This is something that will have a lasting effect on all of us.

America will never be socialist, but we need steps toward reform to be less capitalist. We need to instate the taxes and close the labor gap at least. Even if the stuff doesn't get done under his presidency, it's a step towards showing the population wants to see change. I hate capitalism so fucking much.

Do you know what a mixed economy is? Because higher minimum wages exist in nearly all capitalist countries. Although I don't think Sanders is going to 'fix' capitalism, his policies can make it more bearable for those who suffer the most from it. And when Sanders says socialism... it's not REALLY socialism, unless you think roads or any kind of public work is socialism.

Yes, Sanders is is a social democrat. His policies are hardly socialist. They're socialist by American standards--i.e. more left-winged than America is used to. Trump supporters be like "Sanders is a commie!" When he's hardly a socialist. xD

We are pretty much socialist now. The only thing that is not is what huge corporate interests control

We are NOWHERE near to being socialist. We are still radical right-winged.
