I should find a Julia Set fractal that looks like Baymax eyes, don't you think?
That way I can have a fractal and Baymax as my icon!

You can't in PS.
It's a super common fractal so I can find a renderer online.
But you have to use special fractal renderers to make fractals. You can make crappy little ones in PS by hand, but you can't render them.

Maybe you can't, but you can simulate one that looks like Baymax's eyes. It may not be a real fractal, but if you only want to use it as your userpic, I doubt it'll matter.
