Best cure for bruises?

I fell down on Saturday from my bed onto a pile of things with hard edges. My legs are all banged up and there's a huge bruise on my leg that hurts whenever something touches it. :/

There is a Chinese herbal linament that I use called Zheng Gu Shui. Almost any Asian grocery store or herbal store carries it around my part of the world (Canada). It is not expensive but works very very well.

Oh that reminds me. I do have tiger balm. I will use that.

love tiger balm! :)

really gentle massage on the bruises to stimulate blood flow - if you have rosmary oil use it with oil or body cream as well. Speeds up the healing process

Hmm. I don't have rosemary oil but I can massage myself with coconut oil I suppose.

Yeah that would also work. If you focus on massaging it, you'll also be more in touch with how the bruise feels and it'll heal up in no time.
Sorry to hear about the accident - if it makes you feel better, I walked head first into a glass revolving door last week. Very funny for everyone who saw it, not very funny for me! haha

You won't like the answer but leeches... By someone who knows what they're doing

I can tell why, but that seems to be a little too far for a tiny (well, not tiny but it ain't bothering me thaaat much) bruise xD

soak them in warm water and epsom salt

I wouldn't be able to do that. In a dorm D:
