Are you all sore today?

Volunteered for 10.5 hours yesterday, and similarly I'll do a long day today. Damn, I feel as though I *ran* the 5K, rather than just throw powder at people bleh. Tomorrow is not going to be fun. Tomorrow isn't going to be fun at all. Pain.

Yesterday's spent the whole day helping my friends family get a house ready to sell.
A lot of work. Moved a lot of stuff. Heavy things Onto trailers and unloaded them at there other house.
Then had to shovel a few hundred kilos of compressed sand onto the trailer to take back to our house.
A big day, a had blisters all over my hands.
