Apparently the word "matriculate" means to enroll at a college/university o.O

Language obfuscation. Language obfuscation everywhere. But to be fair, that's on MIT's application. I mean, it's expected from them. But I've seen similar language on the UF page. LANGUAGE. STAHP. TOOO MANY WERRRRDZ

Why shouldn't there be a werd fer it? After all, lexicon character strings are just symbolic logic, a form of math.

I stopped learning SAT words when I was in 7th grade (because I'd learned a LOT). This wasn't one of them. xD

I learned this matriculation thing when I, well, matriculated. Not for SAT. Anyway what difference does it make what you call it...you need to matriculate to earn a degree...

It's just such an arbitrary sounding word. THAT'S WHY IT IS BUGGING ME.
